The sample policy
For this demo, imagine a 30-day return window for unused physical products. Keep the fictional order number, the product name, and the requested size together when preparing an exchange enquiry. This text creates no real sale or return obligation.

- Note the product and variation that you selected.
- Use the Contact form with the topic Returns & exchanges.
- Attach a harmless sample PDF or text file if the form permits it.
Downloads and test orders
Digital products help us check a different purchase journey. A download may remain unavailable while an offline order awaits approval. Test orders may be reset as part of maintenance, and no refund is issued because no payment was collected.
