Is this a real store?
No. Products and prices are synthetic. Checkout creates a test record without charging a payment method, and no goods are shipped.
How do I choose a product size?
Open a variable product and choose each required option. Its price and availability should update before Add to cart becomes available.
Why can I not buy an out-of-stock item?
Stock restrictions are part of the demonstration. An unavailable item should remain unavailable even if you try a direct add-to-cart request.
Can I browse without an account?
Yes. Product pages, the journal, and help pages are public. Account pages and private content have separate access rules.
Will I receive a confirmation email?
No. Outbound WordPress mail is suppressed in this test environment. Use the on-screen order confirmation and account history instead.
What happens if I enter a wrong coupon?
Checkout or the basket should explain that it cannot apply the coupon. An invalid coupon must not change the order total.
Does the contact form accept files?
The form describes its allowed file types and size limit. Use a harmless synthetic attachment. Invalid files should produce a useful error.
